i read infliction to see how chris is doing. i read benbrown for a laugh. i see if ratbastard is up to his bastardly bitching again. my next step in my weblog journey would normally be to see if powazek has finally put up his new design, or to see what riothero has to say. maybe even to see if spiralgirl has put up anything about her upcoming show.
but i don't go. i think about riothero and remember someone whom i met somewhat through riothero, atley. i pull up his page. i'm floored by his amazing digital artistry, as per usual. i click through to his index. his first post stops me.
Inferno; Wow. I can't believe what i just read. k10k has their 100th issue up and my jaw has hit the ground. Hit the fucking ground. Joshua Davis is my hero, I don't enjoy big design sites but I loved that. Thank you Joshua Davis. *breathes*i click through to k10k, light up a clove, and start reading. now, k10k usually has "issues" of amazing digital artistry, which i usually get from atley, but this issue is different. it's a story, which is ususual for k10k. and the text looks like images. but it's not, it's flash5, which i wasn't even was aware was out. onward...
i read. next page, next page. i'm floored. i message eric and tell him to read. he doesn't respond for a while, which makes me think that he's reading as well. i'm listening to trance, sasha & digweed. i'm completely lost in the story.
i finish. stop. realize that my clove is almost out. realize that i haven't moved in minutes. i'm scared. i'm paralyzed. i'm awestruck.
