over the years, especially during the "boom" times on the internet, i did alot of writing. the following posts are collected from all of the sites that i kept updated, many of which were never cross-linked. with each site, i usually had a different motive, a different reason for posting. and just to be up-front about everything, my "online persona" in those days was aryn, a name i had made up, and stuck with for a long time.

fcuker.com was my first true foray into the blogging sphere, a weblog that i kept current on an almost daily basis until october of 2000, when i switched to a journal format. fcuker.com was always a more "public" face to my writing, very generic and safe.

aryn.nu was created when i needed something new, something raw. i found alot of solace in getting my thoughts out into a journal, and since i was (at the time) developing the software for it, did it all online. aryn.nu posts are almost always more raw, as the audience that actually knew about the site was very small, mostly close friends. i didn't publicize the domain.

this will be the first and last time all the content gets collected into one place. the boundries of the different sites have been removed, and the content placed into mostly one stream of consciousness.

aryn.org bears a small mention, mainly because it was the start of everything, with posts going as far back as 1998. the format originally started as a subfolder called "life" on the first domain i ever registered, yourMOM.net. i would ramble on about things that mattered to me at the time, often categorizing my thoughts into <rants> & <notes>. a few friends at the time liked the idea, and i made the format public, using one of the first guestbook-style posting applications that i every cludged together. included here are the full archives from everyone. it's amusing to read, but also bears significance to my life at that time.
